Our V-day

If you care to know how we spent yesterday, read on.

Never one to run out of surprises, Arn really knows how to make me feel special every day, but Valentine's Day was a reason to go out and splurge. He gave me a really pretty tulip bouquet, a sweet mix-tape with a completely hand-drawn inlay, and a copy of Fashion Illustration Now, a book he saw me leafing through longingly the last time we were at Page One. (I gave him a painting and a jacket). He then took me to see Kate & Leopold which was actually quite fun, though I knew he really wanted to watch Black Hawk Down being the Ridley Scott fanatic that he is. We had a luxurious dinner at Twist and a leisurely stroll around the park to cap the wonderful day. (:
