They've been pirated!

Yikes, how long has People are People been selling (imitation) Paul Frank stuff? I've wanted this bag for so long and have even asked friends abroad to let me know when the brand goes on sale. Well. Apparently there's a P549 version* at PRP, hmmm.

*Actually I would've bought the happy fake if only it was in the size I wanted.

If you're running out of Christmas gift ideas (and residing in Vancouver), my crafty* friend Naomi can offer a solution: Basket Bundles. Please do support her humble project.

*What else, aside from talented, can you call someone who can fashion dried apple skin into decorative roses? (:

Speaking of Naoms, the lucky girl recently had the opportunity to meet and talk to the fabulous Mr. Nick Bantock! And I thought I was lucky when I found a leftover autographed Lane Smith book one hour after I missed his signing. Dang!

Ain't that a cute sig?

A review of After Eden plus an interview with Arn are up at this week's Kakosa:

Arnold Arre does it again, covering new ground with his latest graphic novel "After Eden". Instead of populating his comic books with ridiculously dressed superheroes in tights he opts for the equally absurd life of Pinoy geeks in love. [Go]
