According to my record company client, the Sexbomb Girls has beaten both the Songbird and the Megastar in terms of their recent albums' sales by a mile -- yes, in spite of piracy. Golly gee whiz.
Last week, Arn and I met with my close friend Naomi and hubby Vince who are here on vacation from SARS-free Vancouver. Sadly they can't make it back for our big day later this year as they had to schedule their trip to coincide with Vince's dad's retirement.

My computer is all better now, thanks to my Arn who carried the heavy CPU from the parking lot to the shop and back, and to the ever-reliable team at Senco Link who understands that any ailing machine I bring I always expect to bring home the very same day.

Happy Easter! Sorry for the silence but my 3-year-old G4 has contracted a virus and is currently on sick leave (Im posting from the family PC). If you sent me an e-mail and I haven't responded, well now you know why. Friends, the best way to reach me would be via my cell, thanks.

Is blue the new orange*? First there was Pepsi Blue which not a few people said reminded them of astring-o-sol (or worse, toilet duck). Now condiment magnate Heinz just recently introduced blue ketchup.

"Stellar Blue", they call it. Apparently Heinz already carries ketchup in other rainbow colors so yikes, what's left? "Squid Ink Black"?

An old buddy of ours, in-demand TV commercial director Sid Maderazo is featured on HerWord this week. I've known him since the Pillbox days (Arn knows him from UPCFA pa), back when he was still a fresh grad eager to make it in the ad biz. Now he's one of the most sought-out directors in the industry -- just goes to show how hard work and talent can go a long way.

So what's your take on that "Living With Michael Jackson" docu?* This could be the 4-year-old Jackson 5 fan in me speaking but I am partial to his side of the story -- well, maybe except when he insisted that he's only had plastic surgery twice. The rest I can believe.
