You have to watch Imelda, if only to see her explanation of the "7 Portals of Peace and Order ". (It went way beyond 7 by the way).
Awesome art from Zoo and Jois, eh? This piece won them an EMac at a recent digital competition, how lucky!
*Arn and I could certainly use another computer... any recommendations? Carlo? The old G4 (400 mhz) is getting pretty overused.

Aerospace specialists predict civilian passengers will be riding in planes like the X-34 by 2006. It can travel at Mach 15 -- over 10,000 mph, meaning it can take you from here to across the planet in just one hour. Imagine that. You can practically event-hop (ad maybe not sleep) around the world in one day.
How did I know about this plane? Thru Angels and Demons. And yes I read the wildly popular Da Vinci Code. And Digital Fortress. Am actually halfway through Deception Point. No, am not a fan of Dan Brown. His books are just annoyingly unputdownable. July 20, 2004 Our friendly neighbor Zoo* sent us a link to illustrator Justin de Garmo's fabulous website. Not to miss are his super-cool renditions of pop stars Beck, Thom Yorke, Bjork, and...
By the way, did you know that not-so-(ahem)legal copies of Fahrenheit 9/11 made it to our shores? Quick, make a dash for the green hills before they run out. *Incidentally, Zoo and Jois just got back from representing the country via Inksurge at the OFFF Festival in Valencia, Spain. Coolness huh!
*** July 1, 2004 I think it's time for me to introduce one of the little additions to our growing cat family.
*** Our friend Ramon's pet project for the year, Hey, Comics! A Collection of Short Comics Stories from a lot of People is coming out this Saturday and will be distributed FREE only on that day (afterwhich it will be available for a minimal sum at Comic Quest Megamall and CCHQ). It features a lot of fresh young talent from the Hey, Comics mailing list* so if I were you I'd get myself a copy this instant (...assuming it were Saturday already). *Namely Quark Henares, Chris Costello, Neva Talladen, Elbert Or, Harvey Ong, Mark Lavin, Dean Alfar, Jordan Santos, Andrew Drilon & Wincy Ong. Arnold of course is part of it... and shockingly (for me) I also somehow managed to come up with something. (Please be kind as it was my first attempt at sequential art. Ever.) More info can be found here and here.
